Perspective Plan
The College has developed perspective plan for holistic development over the next five years. There are four different aspects of the perspective plan:
Academic development:
Initiatives to introduce some more subjects including science stream
Create new teaching and non teaching posts
Fill up the currently vacant teaching and non teaching posts
Encourage research activities among the faculty
Introduce more guidance and counselling programs for the students
Infrastructural development:
Initiatives for construction of new building for the preparation of more classrooms, separate conference rooms etc
Try to purchase land for college for necessary expansion
Increase the IT facilities and the number of ICT enabled classrooms
Initiatives for constructing a separate computer laboratory
Initiatives for extension of Library room
Financial development:
Try to generate income for the college by using the gymnasium of its own beyond college hours
Try to generate income by e-filing of income tax returns of individual by the commerce faculty of the college
Others:
Complete the process of developing a paperless system
Completely eliminate the use of plastic in the campus
Introduce NCC Unit in college
Installation of solar power plant for whole college campus
